Spice Banana & Oats Cookies with Cinnamon Sugar

This recipe Spice Banana & Oats Cookies, Light & fluffy with just the right spices to bring out the banana out in the cookie. Coated with cinnamon & mace Sugar on the out side , just make this cookies extra special when it touches your lips & taste buds.

1 1/2cup S.R Flour
200 g margarine
1 cup castor sugar
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1cup Banana mashed ( 2 to 3 ripe )
1 eggs
2 tblsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg or mace
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup low Gi cane sugar sprinkle on top
Method : makes about 30 cookies
- Get your Stand Mixer
to started Cream margarine & sugar beat until sugar has dissolve add eggs one at time .
Add the mashed banana & spices beat until creamy.

Fold in using a wood spoon oats , flour & baking powder . - Rolled the cookie mixture into a ball .
If the cookies mixture is to wet add 1/2 cup of flour. - Rolled the cookies into cinnamon sugar.
Spare the cooking tray & place the cookies on the tray. - Baked on 190*C / 380*F for 15 mins.
- TIP : Cinnamon sugar 1/2 cup low GI cane sugar & 1tblsp cinnamon sugar & 1 teaspoon mace or mixed spice.
