Fast & Easy Peanut Butter & Honey Cereal Slice.
This recipe is fast & easy peanut butter & honey Cereal Slice is so easy 2 steps & you are done in 5 mins.
Crunch nuts & noodles make this really treat for your children & add there favorite cereal Guaranteed the kids will eat this slice in there lunch box at school .
With this sweet honey & peanut butter coated the cereal & crunched nuts & noodles just taste so scrumptious !!
I think this much healthy then the other cereal bars you get in the shops

4 cup favorite kids cereal.Nutir-Grain, rice bubbles, cornflakes,etc
200g Granulated Nuts
100 Original Fried Noodles
250g Marshmallows
2tbsp crunchy peanut butter
1 tblsp honey
1tblsp margarine
Method :

  • Cut an 8 – 8 inch baking pan with cooking spray
  • Melt the margarine ,peanut butter & honey in a large pot over low heat .
    Add the marshmallows & stir until completely melted.
    Remove the pan from the heat.
  • Add the  cereal & fried noodles & nuts and stir until the cereal  is well coated with marshmallow. Press the mixture into the baking dish & let cool befor cutting into squares.

These Easy Marshmallow Crisp Treats, are really treats for those lunch boxes or after school & great for kids birthday party’s.The Marshmallow Crisp Treats taste great & crunchy & healthy too take about 5 mins to make, no putting on the hot oven, 2 easy steps for Easy Marshmallow Crisp Treats are made !!!
Nonstick cooking spray
1 Tablespoon Trans-fat-free soft tub margarine
25o g package marshmallows
1 cup rice bubbles
5 cup
1 cup crushed nuts
1/4 cup sesame seeds
min marshmallows or 100’s & 1000’s sprinkle on top
Method :

  • Cut an 8 – 8 inch baking pan with cooking spray
  • Melt the margarine in a large pot over low heat .
    Add the marshmallows & stir until completely melted.
    Remove the pan from the heat.
  • Add the rice cereal & flax-seed or sesame seeds, and stir until the rice bubbles is well coated with marshmallow. Press the mixture into the baking dish , sprinkle the 100’s & 1ooo’s on top & let cool befor cutting into squares.

Easy  Pumpkin Quick Bread This Classic Recipe Easy Savory Pumpkin Quick Bread is so taste and scrumptious and all the flavours just compliment each other.
Enriches with goodness in this recipe.

This quick loaf  “Tastes great ” toasted for breakfast or packed in the kids lunch box for school.
Or make savoury muffins ,it’s up to you ?
2oo g cooked mashed pumpkin
1 med carrot
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 shallots, cut
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon fresh or dry rosemary
hand full fresh parley
1 tablespoon smoke paprika
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup linseed
3 cup self-raising flour
1/2 cup  Raw sugar

METHOD:

  • Add in the food processor pumpkin, carrots, shallots & fresh herbs & blend add to  a large Mixing Bowl , eggs, milk , vegetable oil .Whisk together all these ingredients. On top of  the  wet ingredients mixture sifted the flour  add the seeds & paprika ,  please don’t over mix. Just fold in the flour using a s Silicone Spatula until mixture is wet .If you think the mixture to dry: hard to fold the flour in then add 1/4 cup of milk in & fold the milk in.
  • Pour into a grease loaf  tin Sprinkle with same pumpkin  seeds or muffin 12 cup Bake in moderate 180*C ( 350*F) oven for 1 1/4 hrs .Stand 5 mins before turning  onto wire rack to cool Enjoy!
    TIP: Storage time 3 days Guaranteed the loaf will be eaten be then.

Easy Irresistible Apply & Sultana Crumble Cake This classic recipes is so Easy & Successful All done in the food processed  .
This is a all time  family favourite !!!
Or just dust with icing sugar on top  then
packed in the kids lunch box for school.
Have some guest over for a cup of c0ffee then served cake with cinnamon cream.
All your guest will think you have gone to so much trouble by making this Easy Perfect Pear & Nut Crumble Cake
,this is our little secret….

185g unsalted butter , chopped or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3/4 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
2 green apple, peeled & chopped
1/3 cup sultanas
1/4 teaspoon Cardamon
2 cups self-raising flour
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/4 brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Method :

  • Preheat oven to moderate 180*C   /  360*F .Spray  with canola a deep 20 cm round tin Cake stand
  • Place butter , essence, sugar & egg in food processor bowl .
    Using pulse action ,process for 1 minute or until mixture is light & creamy Add apples, & cardamom to bowl .
  • Process for  15 seconds ,add the juice & flour process 20 seconds or until apple are finely chopped & mixture is thick & almost smooth.
  • Spoon half the cake mixture into the prepare tin, sprinkle the sultanas on top of the cake, add the nut mixture on topped of the sultanas . Add rest of cake mixture sprinkle nut mixture on to cake then bake.
    Combine  walnuts & brown sugar & cinnamon in a small bowl.

This recipe low -GI Muesli bar , great for school lunch box  Or just got the munchies .  Fast & easy to make, Custom made to your taste buds, and you know whats going in the muesli bar !!! add what you like more of your favorites dried fruits or nuts & seeds .
Health snack for your sweet  children  for school Or after school
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 cup rolled oats
2 tblsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4  cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup nuts of choice,almond, walnut, pecans
1/4 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup dates or figs
1/4 cup dried peaches or apple , paw paw
200g unsalted butter or margarine
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup golden syrup
1 cup low-GI sugar
Method :
  • Line a tray with baking paper.Combine coconut,oats,seeds & nuts,then spread on an oven tray.
    Put under a hot grill & toast for 5mins until golden,stirring often.
    Remove nut mixture to a bowl & mix in dried fruit.
  • Put butter, Honey, golden syrup & sugar in a heavy-base pan over a medium heat. Cook , stirring constantly, for 8 mins until bubbles slow & caramel forms a soft ball when dropped in a cup of cold water.
    Stir caramel into muesli mixture.
  • Working quickly, press combine mixture into prepare tray Slice tray
    Lay a sheet of baking paper on top & press firmly with a flat tray to compress slice. Allow to cool then cut into pieces with an oil knife.Store muesli bar in an airtight container & eat within 7 days

Classic & Easy Raspberries FriandsThis recipes is a classic french & very very Chic !
The friand is absolutely adorable small, moist , dense , rich almondy cakes.
This Classic Raspberries
Friands is perfect for special guest coming over.
Served with dusting Sugar or Cream Cheese & Lemon Icing.
Guaranteed success with this recipe & only 10 mins preparation time, fast & easy !!!
Your guest will love these friands

180g butter ( preferable unsalted)
200g icing sugar
60g plain flour,sifted
5 large egg whites
1 tsp grated lemon or orange rind
1o0g raspberries or berry of  your choice
icing sugar sugar for dusting
METHOD :

  • Heat oven to 200*C  / 400*F . Grease then friand silicon moulds ( individual oval baking moulds )
  • Melt the butter & allow to cool.
    Sift the icing sugar & flour into a bowl, & mix in the ground almonds. Lightly beat the egg whites with a fork, then fold them into the dry ingredients. Add the cooled, melted butter & lemon rind, & mix well.
  • Three-quarters fill each mould with the mixture & bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 10 mins. Turn the tray around, and bake for another 5 t0 10 mins, until the tops are golden & spring back to the touch.
  • leave in the tins for 5 mins, then gently unmould onto a wire tray & leave to cool.
    dust the friands with icing sugar to serve, or store them in an airtight container for 3 days.
  • Tips : With the egg yokes freeze in ice cub tray ( use for making pastry or mayonnaise )   If you do not have Friands mould just use muffin tin.

1 egg
2 tblsp cocoa
1 tblsp vegetable oil

METHOD : makes about 20 large cookies

  • Per heat oven 150*C  / 300 *F  And grease  the  Baking trays
  • Cream butter & sugar  & beat in the egg add oil. Thoroughly blend in the flour & cocoa.
  • Fold in dark & white choc / chips .
  • Shape into balls & flatten onto baking  tray .
  • 18″ High Tray Divider Oragnizer
  • Nonstick silicone baking mates these tray make life easy to cook on & easy to remove the cookies & easy to clean . You know after a will the old trays get rustic with the silicone baking trays don’t happen.
  • Tips : Here is my recipes if you have to make a big batch  for kids party or school cake store .

    625 g  butter

    Some method as above , See if the mixture to wet add  1/2 cup flour until you can roll the mixture into a ball.
